Business inquiry privacy notice

TruVis uses the contact and business information you submit to respond to your inquiry, arrange a demonstration or consultation, and understand your organization’s requirements.

Information we collect

Name, business contact details, organization, country, organization size, service interest, and the business requirements you choose to provide.

How we use and share it

We use this information only to manage the requested business conversation and related security, audit, and service operations. Authorized TruVis personnel and contracted service providers may process it for those purposes. We do not sell inquiry data.

Do not submit regulated customer data

Do not include KYC, KYB, identity documents, financial information, credentials, special-category information, or regulated customer data in the inquiry form.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry records are retained only for the business relationship, legal, security, and audit periods that apply. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting privacy@truvis.tech.
